Mar 26, 2025: I participate in Concordia University’s webinar “Women’s mental well-being in the workplace.” I discuss burnout and its complex relationships to organizations, gender inequalities and women’s experiences.
Oct 16, 2024: I give a talk, as the Chaire Genre of the Institut du Genre, entitled “Let’s talk about Care.” I explain how care work has repercussions across the different stages of women’s careers.
Sep 30, 2024: I participate in the University of Waterloo’s webinar “Disruptive Dames: Women’s transition into Organizational Leadership.” I explain how women face unique obstacles throughout their careers due to how merit works in gendered ways.
Feb 15, 2024: I participate in Concordia University’s webinar “Path Beyond the C-Suite: How to Get On Paid Boards.” I explain how care work, which continues to be largely done by women, contributes to gender inequalities.
